We are open for business and are following CDC precautions during customer consultations and installations. We are also abiding by executive orders issued by Missouri and Illinois.
There is no higher priority than the health and safety of our team and our clients, and we are doing all we can to respond to the evolving situation. We are closely monitoring and adapting our practices by following the most recent recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the guidance of local officials.
As always, it is our goal to maintain the high levels of service that our customers and partners have grown accustomed to. Per the latest guidelines from the CDC to help prevent the virus from spreading, we have put the following enhanced safety measures in place:
All offices are cleaned and sanitized periodically throughout the day and are equipped with additional cleaning supplies and hand sanitizing solutions.
Meetings and gatherings are limited to no more than 10 people and held virtually whenever possible
All of our employees are screened daily for any symptoms including fever, coughing and shortness of breath. All have been advised to follow the CDC guidelines for hand washing, social distancing and have been asked to stay home if they have a fever or any other symptoms of the virus. We have adopted a no tolerance policy for any employee working while sick.
In addition to these measures, we have instructed all of our field employees and sales consultants to follow these guidelines:
- Practice social distancing at all times. Project consultations are to be completed without entering a customer’s home.
- Accept “Virtual Appointments” via phone to limit face-to-face contact whenever the situation warrants it and at the customers discretion. We are also utilizing digital contracts and brochures to provide customer information on product selection
We will make adjustments accordingly as the situation evolves. The health of our team and our clients are our highest priority.
