Client is a large condominium complex with aging decks needing replacement. In addition, there are multiple sizes and footprints of decks in the complex.

We worked with the client’s Architecture and Building Committee to propose various solutions that balanced economics, aesthetics, functionality and safety. Further, this multi-year project required thoughtful planning to balance annual funding and timely construction completion.
